The Staff

Drym Valley Centre provides professional support from experienced and caring staff. Team leader, Lynn Roberts (RMN, BSc Hons, Nursing, Dip HE Nursing) has extensive experience in both in-patient and community settings in Cornwall.

Four experienced support workers trained to LDAF II are also on hand to facilitate and enable clients to get the most out of their Drym Valley experience.

Objectives

• To promote independence and increase confidence through individual achievement.


• To improve clients social skills.


• To provide meaningful activities to encourage clients in decision making, planning and implementation of projects leading to satisfaction and fulfilment.
